HP, and I don’t mean Hewlett…

…or steak sauce. I’m talking Potter. Harry Potter. I’m sitting in a theater. Watching it now. As you read this post. If you’re reading this post at 9 o’clock in the morning, that is.

I tried to get Mr. G honey to go to the 12:01 am showing, but he was all — No Way! Dang those bird-chirpy morning people.

The only real question now is Junior Mints or Milk Duds? Just kidding. I think. Probably. Mebbe.

At 9 o’clock in the morning, I hope to sneak in a grande something-or-other from the Starbucks. In fact, I’m thinking they should have a little kiosk right outside the theater doors.

If you’re seeing Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, when are you seeing it? Did you buy your tickets in advance? Inquiring minds nosy people want to know.

Saturday, I’m going to start showing you before, during, during, during, and after pics of the wee landscape project, as I said I would. The during may be going on for some time to come, but we’ll call them after anyway. It’s a work-in-progress.

For Writers ~ From @ veschwab: Tough Cookie — Do you want it badly enough? Schwab does some plain speaking to aspiring authors. Her debut YA novel, The Near Witch, will be available August 2nd. I’m counting the days.

For Apron Lovers ~ From Thrifty Vintage Chic: My Sexy ‘Domestic Goddess’ Vintage Apron Collection. Love the sheer handkerchief aprons.

Finally, for the @LdyDisney Friday Happy Dance of JOY!!!

Happy Anniversary Lisa & Ken!

TGIF, baby.

  1. ^ He stole my comment! Probably won’t go this weekend, because it’ll just be too crazy busy for my taste. Not worried about spoilers, since we’ve read the book. 🙂

    • Glad to see you here! I’ll be blogging the experience, but not the movie. I don’t do spoilers. I know how I feel when I read them. It’s interesting, because I haven’t read any of the Potter books. They’ve been in our house for awhile, but the first movie was out before I thought about picking up one of the books to read. I decided that I couldn’t read the books and watch the movies at the same time. I didn’t want to be disappointed in one or the other. Now that the final movie is done, I’m going to start reading the books. I know. I’m perverse that way. 😀
