Who can say? It’s like the contractor who says two weeks on that kitchen reno, and three months later you’re done.

But I’m back. A blogger can’t live on paint fumes alone. Not without getting dizzy.

Here’s one view of the National Gallery of Canada. As I’ll be heading there — choo-choo — in May for the Tulip Festival and food and drink, it seems only appropriate to post an Ottawa click or ten this month. This be autumn. And muzzy. Grab a bench. Sit a spell.

  1. I wonder how long it takes to repaint that national gallery?
    I think I mentioned I disappeared for a few weeks because we had a 4 month remodel nightmare that was supposed to be two months and I just got to a point where I couldn’t do anything extra-curricular but have finally come up for air. I’ve learned to always multiply the time estimate they give you.

Yes, that is so true. The April Painting Project is a solo project executed by moi. April was really just jumpstart month. Help me, Rhonda. If Ed the Painter hadn’t retired, I’d be home free.
