… September is just around the corner.
Not even that.
It’s just next door.
Not even that.
It’s in the driveway.
Not even that.
It’s on the porch, ringing the doorbell.
It’s imminent, I tell you.
It’s here!
So…
See you in September.
The Happenings – 1960s pop band. See You In September was released in 1966 and spent weeks on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Singles Charts. This was originally released by The Tempos in 1959. You can hear it here. It has a distinct cha-cha vibe going on. Love them both for very different reasons.
Here be the last Hump Day of August.
Let’s just cha-cha all over that.

That’s okay with me. September is my favourite month. Bring it on!

I love that song! Always seems like a song that should be played at the end of summer, rather than the beginning.

My thoughts exactly, John. And for some reason, your comment went to spam. I have no idea why. I just happened to catch it today. Cheers!

Autumn is clearly here, no denying it anymore. At least in this (and obviously yours, too) part of the world. I love the subtle colours in this photo.

And others are anticipating spring. I kind of like that. Thank you, Otto!
