Yesterday was Family Day in Ontario. If you live in another province, you might have been observing Islander Day or Louis Riel Day or Heritage Day. And in the US of A — Presidents’ Day.
It was a stat holiday, man.
We took a nice walk. I removed the last red remnants of Christmas.
And then…
Who likes a good puzzle?
1000 pieces. I started with the easy part.
Seriously.
Puzzle lid.
He looks riveted.
And comfy.
A little peckish, too.
We won’t be eating at the dining room table for a while ever.
I’m using a headlamp while I work it.
Just kidding.
Mebbe.
Tuesday.
One step closer to Hump Day.

My husband has a 1000 piece puzzle out on the dining room table. He started it a few days ago because if it’s February he must puzzle. You two are peas in a pod.

The box says: I ❤️ Books. It’s a bunch of jumbled circles with slogans about books written on them. Pretty colors, but looks tricky to me.

Slogans like ‘book nerd’ and ‘books are sexy’? I had to Google because I was intrigued. LOL Want!

Yes, that’s the puzzle. Made by Gibbs Smith. He’s making progress. I cheer him on from across the room because I’m not so good at jigsaw puzzles. 🍷

One day I might have time for puzzle. I like them. I used to have 3000 piece. I got the border done but that’s it. Happy family day!
