Lines & Curves!
They make me dizzy.
Taken at Brookfield Place in Toronto in December 2018, this is Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava’s Atrium of Light. In December, that canopy of curves was covered in tiny white lights. Beautiful. Brookfield Place is a regular haunt just to see this. I really can’t do it justice. Go. See.
True Confessions ~
When I have pizza delivered, I often fire-up the oven and get my pieces piping hot, with the cheese golden brown. I like my pizza to be burn-your-tongue hot and the crust on the crisp side. The same with the leftovers. Okay. Rarely, there are leftovers. The rest of my fam prefer to throw cold pizza in the microwave and reheat. I do not understand them. They do not understand me.
Happy weekend, y’all.
Time to scram. Vamoose. Hightail it out of here.
You know what to do. Meet you in the bar in 3…2…1…
Let’s have Irish Coffee for National Irish Coffee Day.

The very best way to reheat pizza is in a frying pan on low heat. By the time the toppings are all hot and melty the crust is nice and crisp. Oh boy, now I want PIZZA!!!

That is just beautiful! If I had to walk under it every day I’d have busted shins from looking up instead of where I was going!
