Go on…

I’m acting as a scrutineer today in a municipal election. Therefore, I will be scrutinizing? scrutineering? observing?

Not talking. Not emailing. Not twittering. Not blogging. Not. Not. Not.

I’ll be there watching the voting process, collecting the voter count at the end of the day — from a specific poll, for a specific candidate. Exercising my citizenship muscle.

  1. You got me hooked, HOOKED I say, on Jill Shalvis. I had to slowly back away from the sales counter at Chapters the other day. I had my arms full of Jill Shalvis backlist. I put them back and added them to my Christmas wish list instead. It was tough but the mortgage must be paid – so that all of the books are sheltered from the rain.
