Fat Tuesday, also known as Mardi Gras, also known as Shrove Tuesday in the English tradition.

So, what will it be? King Cake or pancakes?

I’ll be noshing on buttery light pancakes. If there is any King Cake in my neck of Canadaland, I haven’t found it yet.
