Just call me Fractal Girl. I don’t know what it is about fractals, but one strolls by and I’m smitten. This comes as a surprise to me, because fractals are all about mathematics, and I’m just so…….not. I understand they’re found in nature — ferns, coastal lines, mountain ranges, clouds, snowflakes, etc. I love all those things, too.
My screen saver is Electric Sheep, which, according to the website, is an ‘homage’ to Philip K. Dick’s novel — Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, on which the 1982 film Blade Runner is based.
The header image for my blog is a piece of a fractal called Passion by Raycat that I found at iStockphoto. Go. Type fractal in the search box. See. The full art image is my desktop background. Exquisite in it’s beauty. The image that I used for my New Year’s Day post — a fractal. Here’s another one.

Watching Electric Sheep is hugely stimulating for my creative writer’s brain. I don’t understand why. I don’t think I care. It just is.
