Organic lemon cucumber.

This was a farm market find last week.

It was the first time the grower had attempted it. She was pretty excited. So was I.

Sliced open, it has the appearance of a standard green cuke, only more pale.

The lemon has more to do with the shape and color, though there is a subtle hint of lemon.
