I can never go to the grocer and buy a rotisserie chicken in a paper bag without saying “…Like they knew I was coming. Chicken. Chicken. Chicken!” like Bella in A Dog’s Way Home (2019). Loved Bryce Dallas Howard as the voice of Bella.
Let’s Do All the Pink!
Keeping it short and sweet today.
Sweet movie. Sweet pink tulips.
Here be Friday.
Pull the plug on the social medias this weekend.
You know what to do. Meet you in the bar in 3…2…1…

Love tulips. Wish I were able to grow them… but no matter how many times I plant, they die.

River – I haven’t been successful growing tulips either, mostly because of the demon squirrels. They eat them. I did all the tricks. Oddly, they haven’t bothered the narcissus and hyacinth plants that I put in in the last three years. Senior squirrels? Too old to rumble?

Is that a good movie? Luv RT from COSTCO. C is 2 miles up the street. The next closest St. Catherine’s. Yes, that St. C. They sell 60,000,000 chickens a year. No, not St. C, corporate wide. The weekend? Snow in the forecast. Enjoy!

Steve – We enjoyed the movie. It’s in the family/children category. The telling of the story from Bella’s pov makes the movie. Check out a couple of trailers. That’s a lot of chicken. I get mine from Farm Boy. I know, right? Snow flurries and rain for the next week. I did not finish cleaning up the frontscape. Happy weekend!

Gorgeous pink – I gave up growing tulips because of squirrels – but read somewhere that they don’t care for the taste of daffs etc.
Catch up with you on Monday!

Well now I have a new way to think about rotisserie chicken. And as for tulips, I like them all. Hope your weekend was a good one.
