A Soldier’s Christmas…

I can’t remember how this came to my attention, but it did.

A Soldier’s Christmas

This is my last post before Christmas Eve, and I dedicate it to all U.S. and Allied troops serving around the globe, and to their mothers, fathers, children, sisters, brothers, spouses, and the loves of their lives. To all who will be looking at an empty seat at their table this Christmas.

Know that you are wished home safe and in loving arms. Know that you are not forgotten. Know that your safety is prayed for daily. Know that good thoughts are winging your way at each moment throughout the day. Know that you are cared for, not just at Christmas or Thanksgiving, but each and every moment that you are not here with us.

A Merry Christmas to each and every one of you and your families.

Thank you. God Bless you all.

And to the soldier deployed to Iraq who put this video together… thank you. You have the awesome.

  1. Being deployed during the holidays is never fun. I don’t know how many Xmas I spent overseas. Makes on appreciate home so much more.
Appreciate the link to Write It Forward on the bottom of the page.
