The one thing I can’t resist…

…during the season of joy and good eats and winter.

The Clementine.

Clementines become a staple in our house from the minute they hit the market in December until we can’t get them any longer. I always associate them with Christmas and stockings. It’s that whole orange-in-the-toe-of-the-stocking thing.

Grilled old, funky, white cheddar with peach butter on birdseed bread.

Not just for lunch anymore.

Come to mama.

I digress.

Sweet and juicy clementines…and tangerines…and oranges; that’s how we roll in December.
