Close Shot Friday 053

This was taken last June at the Toronto Redpath Waterfront Festival — Tall Ships 1812 Tour.

In other news ~

Little House on the Prairie comes to Burbville.

That pretty much sums up this week.

All spare time was devoted to gardening. I was getting my green on.

I’m reading my way through Niki Jabbour’s The Year-Round Vegetable Gardener. You can find all things Jabbour here.

I’m up to my elbows in soil and seedlings and bedding plants and chicken wire.

Does anyone besides me smell manure?

A Friday night Guinness sounds pretty good about now.

And the dish ran away with the spoon.

You know what to do. Meet you in the bar in 3…2…1…

  1. I got caught up by the Guinness, so I can’t smell any manure. This makes me think of the flop «The Smell of Success» – the movie was originally called «Manure». But there is nothing wrong with elbows in the soil. Fun photo.
