We were on a road ramble the last part of October. Zipping around Ontario trying to absorb as much fall color as we could before the long days of wintery whitescape set in in the Great White North.
We poked along favorite haunts.
We vertically clicked.
We ate good food and slept like babies.
One of those haunts was the Niagara Parkway, where you will find the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture and Botanical Gardens. And while the more structured and formal parts of these some 40 odd hectares are not to be missed, I prefer the less tamed woods.
This just never gets old for me.
And Monday blows in on golden leavens.
