Ah!
Campanula for the win! These little ladies are budding and will be blooming soon.
Not soon enough for me.
From my garden, month of June, 2015.
In Other News ~ In yesterday’s post I asked:
Poutine… Yes or No?
Or, what’s this poutine you’re talking about?
Truth. I’ve only had poutine once. And that was recently. I figured, to be a true Canuck, I needed to try it just once. It was called veggie poutine. This turned out to be fries and cheese curds smothered in brown gravy, topped with sour cream and chopped green onions.
I can’t decide if it’s the world’s best comfort food or… a hot mess. It was like sidling up to a salt lick. Those soft cheese curds though.
This poutine was from a food truck at a farm market. I might be willing to try it one more time from someplace like Boomers Gourmet Fries in Stratford, Ontario. They specialize in poutine. I wrote all about it here in 2012.
Just keepin’ it real.
Here be Hump Day.
Grab some poutine, if you dare.

Well, the onions (I live onions, but…) will give me horrible breath (remember, my job is crossing students and I don’t want them passing out in the middle of the highway before we make a way across…) and the cheese, fries and gravy would probably shoot my cholesterol sky high (remember, my job is crossing students and I don’t want me having a coronary in the middle of the highway before we make a way across…). Otherwise, I loved the flower pictures 🤪

LOL Steve, I’m guessing that is a no! No, we can’t have anything like that happening to our crossing guard.
