Jazz is my favorite music genre, but I like most of them… except opera or rap. Don’t groove on those sounds at all.

I like music that makes me move. I’m easy. You got to love Pavarotti. Get this, I’ve been exercising using in the morning to Paul Simon’s ‘Graceland’ for more than a year. Not at all tired of it. It’s got a good eight count to lots of the songs and the only time I temporarily lost the beat was when one of my rubber bands broke, snapped and whacked me in the head. 🤪🙀🥨

Music is the only thing that moves me to exercise. Love Paul Simon. Was just listening to him in the car yesterday while cruising around. You’ve got to watch those exercise bands. I use them too. 😉

I like it all. Jazz. Opera. Billboard hits. Some rap (though I’m big on it). Country ( though I’m as big on country as I am rap). All depends on my mood and activity!
