True Confessions ~

I have a weakness for cookbooks. I order them all the time, and then I spend all my time looking up new recipes on the intertoobs. I think my real love is looking at pictures of well-executed food and reading about food prep. Meanwhile, I have all these cookbooks.

  1. My mother and aunt were cookbook collectors. My true confession re: this? I inherited both of their collections and have culled it over the years. I like to cook, but I like my books to be newer, more useful, than a 1940s-style Care-and- Feeding-of-Friends-and-Family-type cookbook.
