Single Shot Monday: What Can I Say?…

The Blossom That Refreshes!

This is the last one in the blossom series of three images.

There’s a purity about those blossoms. They feed my soul.

So…

Are you getting a lot of sunshine in your region of the globe? We did this past week, and it was a godsend. A boon. A blessing. A good thing, man.

I feel all green and leafy having been exposed to a regular dose of light. It feels like photosynthesis, baby.

The tips of daffodils are peeking through the frontscape soil. Croci have popped up, but not opened.  We’re heading into a renewal.

I’m trolling garden blogs and perusing seed catalogs. I know. Some of you are further along than that. You’ve got seeds starting under grow lights, peas in pots, sweet potato buds forming. What can I say?

I’m a late bloomer.

Are you a late bloomer, too?

And Monday is in the house.

Time to do your work thang.

  1. I once went with a girl who wore her bloomers late, too. I was a teenager. Now, I’m a Senior and the only bloomers I see are the ones popping through the frozen tundra to shed hope for an early Spring. Oh, no, no, no, I never saw her bloomers. Please!
