This started out as five little pots along the curve of what I like to think of as a demi patio. You’re looking at three years of growth. And when I say ‘little pots’ I’m talking about 4 inches. Best investment evah.
Two different varieties of creeping thyme. You can tell by the coloring of the flowers. This gets stepped on all the time. It’s meant to be stepped on. I’d roll in it if I could.
As far as I’m concerned, it can take over the world.
Here be Hump Day.
Jeepers creepers.
This be the quickest of blog quickies.
Gotta go!

If you want a little variety in the foliage, try woolly thyme. It’s silvery, fuzzy, and tolerates light foot traffic..

Love that! Thank you so much for the suggestion. What a great color.

You’re very welcome. It’s xeric, too, meaning it tolerates the hot, dry spots. I planted a lot of it in Denver, Colorado.

My next one on my thyme list is elfin thyme, so cute but don’t think it would handle walking or rolling.
