Dreamy!
Moonbeam coreopsis. These are my happy place. There is a half-moon arc a foot and a half wide cutting through my frontscape. Unfortunately, a pullback shot just doesn’t do them justice. I’ve tried. Believe me.
These are great bloomers through the entire summer. They have thrived on full sun, low water, low maintenance. Can’t say the same for myself.
Go ahead. Gaze upon the moonbeam coreopsis…
… while I rip out a closet.
And Monday is in the house.
Work it.

p.s. I am the most boring person on the planet this summer. House gussy up.
I have coreopsis too… but I don’t think they’re moonbeam.

I think moonbeam is the smallest bloom in this family. They made me think of fairies on stems.

We tried to grow moonbeam coreopsis when we first got here. They didn’t make it being the preferred snack of rabbits and deer. Now I just look at them in other people’s yards and enjoy their beauty. Hope your Monday was a good one.
